Hi i have installed the 1.3 uk template and now all my side boxes appear 4 times and ideas?

How many times did you run the sql update because that's the only way you could get all of your side boxes to appear 4 times?
If you have the boxes in your sql 4 times then the simple solution is to modify your sql so you only have one set 
Hope that helps.
P.S. Thinking about it, If you ran the sql more than once you'll also have 4 lots of counties etc - you'll need to get rid of them as well.
